地图上怎么看不到我附近的球场？
目前球场数据已覆盖国内主要城市和全球 800 多个城市，还在陆续添加。你也可以点地图右下角的「+」添加一个球场，审核通过后大家就能看到。
点「我到了」提示离球场太远？
需要在球场 500 米以内，并允许 CourtUp 使用定位（iPhone 设置 → CourtUp → 位置 → 使用 App 期间）。刚打开定位时稍等几秒再试。
球场信息不对怎么办？
点开球场卡片，右上角「···」→「更新球场信息」，可以改名字、开放时间、灯光、收费、场地，传照片，写你的意见。到过这个球场的人改的场地信息会直接生效。
怎么收不到通知？
请在 iPhone 设置 → 通知 → CourtUp 里允许通知，并在 App「我的 → 设置 → 通知」里打开需要的提醒。
怎么注销账号？
「我的 → 设置 → 注销账号」。注销后数据会被永久删除，详见隐私政策。
看到违规内容，或者有人骚扰你？
在评论、照片、晒现场、约局的「···」菜单里可以举报，也可以屏蔽此用户——屏蔽后就看不到 TA 发的任何内容了，可以在「设置 → 已屏蔽的用户」里解除。举报会在 24 小时内处理。也可以在「设置 → 意见反馈」里告诉我们，或直接发邮件。

Why don't I see courts near me?
Court data covers major cities in China and 800+ cities worldwide, and we keep adding more. Tap "+" on the map to add a court; it appears for everyone once reviewed.
"I'm Here" says I'm too far from the court?
You need to be within 500 m of the court and allow CourtUp to use your location (iPhone Settings → CourtUp → Location → While Using the App). If you just turned location on, wait a few seconds and try again.
Court details are wrong?
Open the court card, tap "···" → "Update Court Info". You can fix the name, hours, lights, fees and surface, add photos, or report that the court is gone.
Not getting notifications?
Allow notifications in iPhone Settings → Notifications → CourtUp, then turn on the alerts you want in Me → Settings → Notifications.
How do I delete my account?
Me → Settings → Delete Account. Your data is permanently deleted; see the Privacy Policy.
Seeing objectionable content, or someone harassing you?
Use the "···" menu on any comment, photo, live update or run to Report it or Block User. Once blocked, you won't see anything they post; unblock in Settings → Blocked Users. We review reports within 24 hours.
