欢迎使用 CourtUp。注册或使用 CourtUp 即表示你同意本协议和《隐私政策》。
1. 账号
- 你可以用邮箱验证码或通过 Apple 登录注册账号。请妥善保管你的邮箱和设备。
- 你的昵称、头像不得冒充他人，不得含有违法或不良信息。
- 你可以随时在 App 内注销账号。
2. 你发布的内容
你在 CourtUp 发布的球场照片、现场实况、评论、约局、球场信息等内容，版权归你所有。为了在 App 中展示这些内容，你授予我们在全球范围内免费、非独占地使用、存储、展示这些内容的许可；你删除内容或注销账号后，该许可随之终止（已被他人转发或引用的部分除外）。
禁止发布以下内容：
- 违反法律法规的内容；
- 色情、低俗、暴力、赌博相关内容；
- 辱骂、歧视、骚扰、人身攻击他人的内容；
- 广告、引流、刷屏等垃圾信息；
- 虚假信息，例如故意填写错误的现场人数或球场信息；
- 未经他人同意、可识别他人身份的照片或视频（拍现场时请尽量不要拍清楚陌生人的脸）；
- 侵犯他人著作权、肖像权、隐私权的内容。
我们对上述不良内容和骚扰行为零容忍。发布前系统会自动过滤不当词语。
你可以在评论、照片、晒现场、约局的「···」菜单里举报违规内容，或屏蔽某个用户——屏蔽后你将不再看到 TA 发布的任何内容，可在「设置 → 已屏蔽的用户」中解除。我们会在收到举报后 24 小时内处理：删除违规内容，并对发布者禁言或封禁账号。
3. 球场信息和运动安全
- 球场信息、现场人数、「今天的人数」等来自其他用户的分享和公开数据（部分来自 OpenStreetMap），仅供参考，我们不保证准确、完整或实时。去之前可以先看看讨论区。
- 篮球是有身体对抗的运动。请量力而行、做好热身、注意安全。你在球场上的活动由你自行负责。
- 约局是用户之间自发组织的活动，我们不是组织者，不对活动中发生的纠纷或意外承担责任。与陌生人约球时请注意人身和财物安全。
- 部分球场位于学校、小区、公园等场所，请遵守场地的开放时间和管理规定。
4. 服务变更和终止
我们可能会调整、升级或暂停部分功能。如果你严重违反本协议，我们可以暂停或终止你的账号。

部分球场数据来自 © OpenStreetMap 贡献者，按开放数据库许可（ODbL）使用。

Terms of Service
Welcome to CourtUp. By creating an account or using CourtUp you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Your account
- You can sign up with an email code or Sign in with Apple. Keep your email and device secure.
- Your nickname and avatar must not impersonate anyone or contain illegal or offensive content.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Me → Settings → Delete Account).
2. Content you post
You own the court photos, live updates, comments, runs and court details you post. To show them in the app, you give us a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store and display them. The license ends when you delete the content or your account.
You may not post:
- anything illegal;
- sexual, vulgar, violent or gambling-related content;
- abuse, discrimination, harassment or personal attacks;
- spam, advertising or repeated posts;
- false information, such as deliberately wrong player counts or court details;
- photos or videos that identify other people without their consent;
- content that infringes anyone's copyright, likeness or privacy.
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Posts are automatically filtered for inappropriate words.
You can report any comment, photo, live update or run, and block any user, from its "···" menu. Once you block someone, you no longer see anything they post; you can unblock them in Settings → Blocked Users. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or ban the users who posted it.
3. Court information and safety
- Court details and player counts come from other players and public data (partly from OpenStreetMap). They are for reference only and may not be accurate, complete or up to date.
- Basketball is a contact sport. Play within your limits, warm up and stay safe. You are responsible for your own activity on court.
- Runs are organized by players themselves. We are not the organizer and are not responsible for disputes or accidents. Take care when meeting people you don't know.
- Some courts are in schools, residential areas or parks. Follow each venue's opening hours and rules.
4. Changes and termination
We may change, upgrade or pause features. If you seriously break these Terms, we may suspend or close your account.
5. Third-party data
Some court data is © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
